When I first started, I carefully studied what the market had to offer, but I also had my own vision—one that reflected what I, as a bride, would want in a wedding planner.

To make that possible, I traveled across Croatia, visiting each venue in person, speaking with the people behind them, and learning firsthand what was possible at each location. I wanted to know every detail—what was allowed, what was unique about each place, and how it could be transformed into a dream wedding setting.
The same approach applied to choosing vendors. I carefully studied their work, observed their attention to detail, and selected only those who met our high standards. I wasn’t just looking for talent—I was looking for people who shared our values: honesty, passion, and the desire to create unforgettable moments for our couples.
Over time, Monio Weddings grew into a trusted name for destination weddings in Croatia, but our core values have never changed.
